    Matte Top Coat

    Apply base coat and nail color; allow color to dry thoroughly.
    Roll the Blur Matte Top Coat bottle gently between your hands before opening to evenly distribute the silica matting agents.
    Apply 1 thin, uniform layer across the nail.
    Watch the surface shift from shiny to an even matte finish as it dries.
    Note: Do not apply oil or rich lotion immediately after application, as oils can temporarily reduce the matte effect.
